How do I make purchase?

Shopping at shanyera.com is easy, 

  • Scroll through our collection page and see what really speaks to you.
  • Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO BAG’ button on the product page.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. 

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can shop at shanyera.com without creating an account as a guest.

However, sign up with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Get welcome discount 10% Off on your first purchase 
  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Request a return or exchange directly from your account
  • Add items and products you love that have been sold out for us to notify you once restocked
  • Save your address & credit card information so you can shop even quicker next time 

Is my personal information kept private?

What payment methods do shanyera.com accept & is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard & Payfast. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Payfast (Secure Payment Gateway). To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly. COD (Cash on Delivery) is also accepted without an additional fee. 


Can I choose my currency I pay in?

For UAE, UK, USA: You can choose your country and your currency on top of any page to make your navigation easy as well as at the checkout point.


If an item I want to buy is sold out will you be restocking it?

In general, we try to restock items that are highly on demand. Put your name on the list and we will contact you once they are back in stock! 


Which countries does Shanyera ship to?

We ship worldwide.


How long does delivery take, and what are the charges?

Delivery time frame is between 5-6 working days and is FREE in Pakistan on order above 2999/- 


What is the return notice period?

Free Returns are available for Pakistan as long as its within 20 days upon receipt of the item.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Our refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Please note that it can take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that all orders done in Cash on Delivery will be refunded through e-store credit onto your account online. 


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be contacted by the shipping company for delivery of your package. If you have any other concerns you can always contact the customer service team. 


Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please contact us on 03010105222 for assistance.

I think I got the sizing wrong on my order, can I exchange it for a different size? 

We’re happy to send you the right size and do an exchange! Otherwise, we only replace items if they have arrived defective or damaged.

Order Cancellation Policy

 

How do I cancel, return or exchange order? 

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer hassle free cancellation, exchange or returns valid for 15 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If 15 days have gone by since you’ve received the parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please note that shipping cost is not refunded.

If you are shipping an item over 2999, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that your order travels safely us, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and will refund payment within 15 days. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us directly on 0301015222
