Delivery charges of Rs. 250 Flat nationwide are applicable on all orders. Shanyera’s representative will call to confirm the order. Orders will be processed after confirmation from the customer. For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider before opening the package. Orders for Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad will be delivered within 2-4 days while delivery to other cities may take 7-8 days. How it works?

We offer free returns and exchanges on all online orders.

There is no charge for exchanges or returns. All you need to do is to return the original item with a printed shipping label by any courier or exchange it for an item/s of the same or higher value.

If you have made your purchase through your debit card or credit card, we’ll return the amount through the same medium. If you have made your purchase through our cash on delivery service, we can deposit the amount to a bank account of your preference.

Please note that refunds and exchanges can take up to 15 business days

For Local Customers:

We accept Credit/Card Payments, Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery.

Cash on Delivery is only available for items under Rs.20,000.

For International Customers:

We only accept payments via Credit/Debit Card or, Bank Transfers for international customers.

Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.
